My Toms Ballet Flats

A few weeks back I wrote this post on ordering the new ballet flats that Toms came out with and I received this comment:
Thank you so much  for the idea! This is my honest review of the new flats:
I received my Toms a couple weeks ago (February 7th to be exact). I ordered a half size smaller than I usually wear because of reviews I read on the page and I'm so glad I did! While trying them out I noticed they weren't as light as I thought they would be. I kind of expected them to be as light as the original Toms but these are a bit heavier. I wore them out the whole day we went shopping for the kids' rooms. My feet hurt so bad at the end of the day but I'm pretty sure it was because they were new and because I was on my feet most of the day. I've worn them out a couple times since and they are getting much comfier each time I wear them. I REALLY Like them but I don't LOVE them! I LOVE how they look, I just wish they were a bit lighter. I give them an 8.5 out of 10. I will probably not buy another pair unless they go on sale! lol I don't regret buying them because they are pretty comfortable now & they don't stink like my other flats! lol They are the best quality flats I own and I own quite a few! I noticed most flats online are backordered now! Boo! If you ordered some Toms flats please let me know what you thought! I would love to see other people's reviews on them! :)

  1. Thanks for the review!
I own three pairs of the original toms, and the linen ones are much bigger than the other ones. So, I am not sure what size I would need in these.
You sure did pick some cute ones, though!!!!

  2. Thanks for the honest review.
Coming from a TOMS virgin I take so much from this. I have been wanting a pair for the spring but I think I am leaning more towards the originals in leopard ;)

    THANKS

  3. I bought the exact pair (actually they aren't exact, my lining is pink), and I really like them. I also bought a size smaller, and it worked out well. I think they are a great run around shoe.
I had some comfort issues the first time I wore them, but they seem to be "worn" in now, and I love wearing them.
I don't think I will buy another pair, but I don't know, the blue suede looks like a fun one.

  4. Good to know! I don't buy shoes often but I was going to splurge on Toms ballet flats because I like my regular pair of Toms so much. I'll have to keep my eyes peeled for a sale so I can try them, but I will be aware!

  5. Thanks for the honest review! I wish that I had read your post earlier before I bought mine. I own 7 pairs of Toms including the wedges and I find that the ballet flats hurt. I bought them a half size smaller and I've got got some blisters forming. Maybe it will just take them awhile to break them in. I love the way the look but I wish they were as comfortable as the originals.

  6. hi! i would like ur advice on the sizing. Previously i bought a 5.5 sizing (as it was the only size left). My usual size is a US6/EU37. The 5.5 toms ballet flats were rather small. Now i'm considering buying it again, and am not sure which size should i take. Should i take size 6 (half size smaller than my usual sizing) or 6.5 (it felt like i need a whole size bigger than the one i bought as my toes were all cramped up infront!).

    thanks!!

  8. Minimize this bits to the ballet sneakers. Dissemble this sneakers utilizing scissors. Be cautious to hold this bits whole, since the insoles as well as rubberized feet will likely be applied.

  9. Beautiful pair of shoes. Does these have extendable sole options??
