Bunk Beds Progress

The bunk bed mattresses arrived on Monday so that night my husband assembled the bunk beds. I am loving them! He did such a great job! These things are super sturdy and heavy, I am sure they will last a very long time. They aren't 100% done because he still has to build the ladder and rail. 

He finished the ladder last night but it still needs to be stained and sealed. The kids were super excited to see the bunk beds all finished! Here is a picture of what the room looked like before and what it currently looks like. The weather here has been crazy, it's been cloudy so the picture on the right is grainy. 

I'm having a hard time figuring out how I want to decorate the rest of his room because most of the items I chose for his design board are from The Land of Nod and are very out of our budget. I am trying to find alternatives though.
