Quick + Easy Nachos

I've got a recipe for ya'll today! It's so easy that I'm sure you can figure out how to make these just by looking at the picture but I'll create a recipe out of it for you. 

I'm a busy momma so I don't have time to make myself something fancy for lunch. I love nachos! I don't get tired of them.. ever. I actually had these nachos FOUR straight days last week and it would have been five except I ran out of chips + beans. So here's how you make these...

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 can of black beans (I like central market organic beans)
- Shredded Cheese (I buy a block of colby jack and shred it myself) 
- Tortilla Chips

The main ingredients are the top three and the following list of ingredients I only use if we have them available...

OPTIONAL
- Chicken, Beef (I sometimes add these when I have leftovers from the previous day)
- Avocados
- Sour Cream
- Salsa
- Jalapenos

DIRECTIONS
-Preheat oven to 350ยบ
-Line your baking pan/dish/tray with foil (easy clean up!). Place tortilla chips on the foil and layer on black beans and shredded cheese. You can add chicken or beef at this time as well.
-Bake for about 10 mins or until cheese is melted.
-Add optional toppings! Enjoy!
